Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund under our 100-Day Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

Consistent Use – The customer must apply the Skinlogix Dark Circle Serum consistently for the full 100 days, as per the recommended usage instructions.

Video Documentation – The customer must provide:

  • 3 videos per week, clearly showing the application of the product.

  • Videos must cover the entire 100-day usage period (approximately 42–45 videos total).

  • Each video must clearly show the product being applied by the customer to the under-eye area.

Submission for Review –
All videos must be submitted to Skinlogix for review within 7 days after the 100-day period ends.

Refund Process

Once the submitted videos are reviewed and verified for consistent usage, Skinlogix will initiate a 100% refund of the product price.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14–28 business days after approval.

Non-Eligibility

  • Customers who fail to provide the required video documentation will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, or taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
